Recruiter – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our client on a remote basis from Argentina. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, partnering directly with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source passive candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and major job boards.
• Screen candidates, assess technical and behavioral fit, and present qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and interview teams throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the client’s ATS and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for the U.S. market, particularly retail sales roles.
• Professional English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
