Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ePac's Quality Management System. This position ensures continuous production of advanced flexible packaging that meets internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update quality documentation to reflect best practices.
• Develop and enforce quality control standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with management to create corrective action plans for complaints, global corrective actions, and recurring quality issues.
• Identify, record, and address quality‑related problems to prevent non‑conformance.
• Oversee customer‑requested audits and develop corrective action plans for any findings.
• Guide and train direct reports, ensuring high levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design and conduct trial runs to detect potential quality issues and develop preventive plans.
• Investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead corrective action initiatives and manage audits.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
