Quality Leader

About the role

The Quality Leader is responsible for implementing quality objectives in line with the sector and business group strategy, fostering a strong quality culture, and ensuring that products meet client and regulatory requirements across GE Vernova manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Implement quality objectives and enforce the common Quality Policy for GE Vernova factories.
• Promote and supervise activities from the Quality Culture Plan.
• Ensure proper functioning of quality control processes to meet client specifications and documentation.
• Manage production non‑conformities, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze external and internal customer feedback, including complaints, surveys, and audits, and plan appropriate actions.
• Support the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with certification bodies for ISO QMS audits and data preparation.
• Monitor quality indicators, report results, and initiate necessary corrective actions.
• Apply risk‑analysis tools such as FMEA and oversee the use of preventive methods.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality plans, documentation, and measurement system analysis (MSA).

Required profile

• Strong analytical and operational insight with the ability to evaluate complex quality issues.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably within a large commercial unit.
• Capability to drive significant impact on quality performance and customer satisfaction.
