Process Engineer, Production Control

About the role

As a Production Control Process Engineer you will design, implement and continuously improve internal material logistics for manufacturing lines. You will work across departments to ensure material flow is safe, efficient, cost‑effective and meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging, Logistics, Planning and Factory Software teams to design and improve material flow.
• Analyze data from multiple operating systems to develop a PFEP (Plan For Every Part).
• Perform warehouse capacity analysis and create granular layouts with visual 5S signage.
• Design lineside part presentation layouts in CAD/Revit, ensuring ergonomic placement and appropriate quantities.
• Calculate manpower requirements using Yamazumi charts to balance associate utilization.
• Define equipment needs based on designed processes and configure the internal MFS (Material Flow System).

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in material flow, process, continuous improvement, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and World Class Manufacturing practices.
• Proven ability to mine, clean and analyse data using Excel, SQL or similar tools.
• Experience creating detailed layouts in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
