QA/QC Program Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Program Manager provides program‑level leadership to ensure uniformity across projects, supports the Director of QAQC, and drives business growth by managing budgets, resources, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of QAQC and project leadership to set budgets, identify scope variances, and advise clients on change orders.
• Maintain program structure, training guidelines, and document control to ensure consistency across all client sites.
• Utilize Deltek for forecasting resource needs, billing projections, and expense tracking.
• Supervise multiple project resources, oversee site onboarding, and monitor KPIs to meet contractual deliverables.
• Participate in business development, present proposals, and expand contracted services for existing clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 10‑12 years of related experience in QA/QC, construction, or inspection.
• Strong language, math, and reasoning abilities; proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, accounting, scheduling, and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license, passport, and required safety certifications (OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, first responder).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of annual work hours by car and airplane.

• Understanding of psychrometric charts, energy transfer concepts (heat, hydronic, air, electricity), and Ohm’s law.
