QA/QC Engineer – Construction Quality Assurance

About the role

This position is responsible for implementing and managing Bureau Veritas Primary Integration’s Quality Control Program at client sites in the hyperscale data‑center market. The role oversees construction inspections, testing services and ensures successful commissioning and turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site QA/QC for assigned construction projects and witness site inspections.
• Coordinate quality issues among design, construction, and facility‑operations teams.
• Review and ensure compliance of contractor work with contractual and owner quality requirements.
• Produce and maintain inspection reports, non‑conformance reports and corrective actions using BIM360, Compass and CX Alloy.
• Provide training on quality procedures and coach junior associates.
• Attend construction meetings, review submittals, RFI logs and support schedule and quality expectations.
• Travel to client sites up to 70% of the time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and certifications: CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, regulations and construction codes.
• Strong technical writing, oral and written communication, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Deltek and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using BIM360, Compass and CX Alloy for documentation.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
• Ability to prepare and review inspection reports and non‑conformance documentation.
