About the role

Join the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) team at Johnson & Johnson as a Project Delivery Digital Engineering & Property Services Co‑Op. You will support digital engineering solutions, work with cross‑functional partners, and help define technical requirements for innovative applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIM SMEs, data scientists, and software engineers to define specifications for digital engineering tools.
• Design, develop, and implement data libraries, search capabilities, user interfaces, and cloud solutions.
• Collect, transform, and analyze data; create dashboards to support digital initiatives.
• Utilize APIs to access and analyze data across multiple systems.
• Maintain the digital engineering website, process flows, training videos, and related content.
• Assess and share advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation, applying them to product offerings.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and performance management reports in alignment with Process Excellence requirements.
• Support online onboarding, orientation, and training environments.
• Prepare and present project progress reports and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Completed freshman year at an accredited university; pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Industrial Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills.

Required skills

• Experience with AI, generative AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation.
• Software development knowledge: Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• Full‑stack development, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Web design/maintenance: SharePoint modern, Figma.
• Database design and management: SQL, NoSQL.
• Dashboard creation: Power BI.
• Data structures and algorithms.
• API development and utilization.
