About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's JJT Co‑op Program for a six‑month, full‑time technology experience. Work on real projects across data, AI, software, cloud, and more, either onsite or virtually.
Key responsibilities
- Build data pipelines, models, and visualizations to support modern products.
- Develop AI/ML solutions that automate decision‑making and process tasks.
- Design user‑centric UI/UX and service experiences.
- Contribute to cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Required profile
- U.S. work authorization without future visa sponsorship.
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program with a strong academic record.
- Interest in technology leadership and a willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Data engineering and analytics tools.
- Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
- UI/UX and service design principles.
- Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Cybersecurity fundamentals.
