About the role

The Johnson & Johnson Technology Summer Internship offers a 3‑month, hybrid experience where interns work on real technology projects across data engineering, AI, software development, cloud, and more. Interns collaborate with specialized JJT teams, contribute to business solutions, and gain exposure to the company’s innovative medicine and MedTech divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Work within specialized JJT groups to design and build technology solutions for business partners.
• Contribute individually or as part of a team to support a designated technology area such as data analytics, AI/ML, UI/UX, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve project goals and support the J&J Technology portfolio.
• Conduct data and process analysis to develop and implement key solutions.

Required profile

• U.S. work authorization without future visa sponsorship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, sophomore level or above.
• Preferred fields include Information Management, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, etc.
