About the role

We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end employee experience at Embrava. Reporting to the executive office, you will shape culture, drive hiring and onboarding, and keep internal operations running smoothly as the company scales across markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and protect day‑to‑day culture, act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and ideas, and champion recognition programs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, write job descriptions, manage sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication and maintain applicant tracking records.
  • Own onboarding from offer acceptance through the first ninety days, creating materials, checklists and coordinating equipment, accounts and introductions.
  • Maintain people‑operations documentation, org charts and internal processes, ensure records are audit‑ready, and build fixes for missing or broken processes.
  • Plan and execute team outings, off‑sites, celebrations and social events across locations, managing budgets, vendors and logistics.

  • Strong written and verbal communication with discretion for sensitive matters.
  • Comfortable owning projects independently and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Bias toward action and willingness to wear several hats in a fast‑moving environment.
