Key responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and skills to activities that vary from day to day, demonstrating a moderate level of competence in your function
• Solve routine problems on your own and work with your supervisor on more complex ones
• Prioritize and organize your work to meet agreed deadlines
• Work as part of a team and assist co-workers, including floating to other areas when requested

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Preferred: previous EMR experience and previous healthcare experience

Required skills

• Beginner-level proficiency with MS Office and Excel
