Operations Safety Analyst – Trust & Safety

About the role

This fully remote position supports Gaggle’s Operations Team by reviewing and analyzing online activity of K‑12 students to identify safety concerns and intervene when necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Review student activity to flag safety or well‑being issues and deliver actionable information to emergency contacts.
• Communicate with school district contacts via phone and email about incidents.
• Record incident details in Salesforce CRM and audit decisions for accuracy.
• Identify trends, conduct research, and collaborate with other analysts to improve decision strategies.
• Develop processes with leadership and contribute as an individual contributor with high ownership.

Required profile

• Experience with desktop and web applications, including Salesforce, Service Cloud, Slack, and Sling.
• Background in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or related field.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally via email, text, and phone.
• Capacity to focus on repetitive tasks for long periods and process large volumes of content quickly and accurately.
• Strong reading comprehension and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
