Office Systems Associate – Entry Level Technical Support

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as an Office Systems Associate 2, providing on‑site maintenance and repair for printing and office equipment while supporting customers in the Indianapolis area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting on Konica Minolta products.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to diagnose and repair production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep customers informed about scheduling.
• Develop professional customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update client accounts in the Konica Minolta Systems.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification; exposure to IT networks is a plus.
