Digital Extras Operations Consultant

About the role

The Digital Extras Operations Consultant joins Mercedes‑Benz Digital Experience within the MBUSA Marketing organization. The role supports connectivity commerce, ID creation, activation touchpoints and financial self‑service tools across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring dealers and customers receive seamless support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single operational point of contact for dealer and customer support activities related to Connected Vehicle services, including Dealer Support Center, Customer Care Center, and eCommerce payment processing.
• Support and maintain reporting interfaces and dashboards that enable dealer execution, operational monitoring, and issue identification.
• Maintain current and compliant legal documentation for Connected Vehicle operations in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Assist the Mercedes‑Benz app team on customer‑related topics and app store integration requirements.
• Drive initiatives that increase customer usage and enrollment in Digital Extras offerings through operational readiness and activation support.
• Review, update, and manage customer‑facing communications and maintain a centralized repository of approved Connected Vehicle templates.

Required profile

• Strong operational focus with the ability to act as a conduit between internal teams, dealers, and field networks.
• Experience partnering cross‑functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Care, Legal/Compliance, Analytics, and Technology.
• Excellent communication skills for consistent messaging across the ecosystem.
