OB‑GYN Pelvic Pain Specialist

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an OB‑GYN Pelvic Pain Specialist to join its extensive obstetrics and gynecology enterprise. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s health care across multiple sites, including high‑volume birth centers and surgical locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, focusing on pelvic pain management.
• Collaborate with midwives, hospitalists, maternal‑fetal medicine specialists, and nursing staff to coordinate high‑risk patient care.
• Participate in education of residents, medical students, and allied health professionals.
• Engage in clinical research, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Current PA medical license (or ability to obtain one).
• 3–5 years of clinical OB‑GYN experience, preferably with pelvic pain expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency in minimally invasive gynecologic surgical techniques.
• Ability to use electronic health record systems for documentation and order entry.
