Merchandiser – Retail Brand Display & Inventory

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase its brands across retail locations in the Cocoa Beach to Merritt Island area. You will build displays, manage inventory, and ensure optimal product placement while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building and maintaining brand displays and point‑of‑sale material.
• Managing store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Developing strong relationships with key accounts and gathering feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identifying opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and to introduce new items.
• Communicating out‑of‑stock situations and new product opportunities to the sales team.
• Learning and growing knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits brands.
• Handling beverage alcohol products responsibly and safely.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use.

• Hourly rate of $18.50.
