Maintenance Technician – Redmond

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its Redmond property team. You will be responsible for keeping the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional while delivering excellent resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs, including appliance repairs, in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose defects according to safety standards and code requirements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
