Senior Service Technician – Residential Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Service Technician joins Mason & Main, a Greystar brand, to ensure that residential properties, common areas, and amenities meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This on‑site role combines technical expertise with strong customer service to support residents and property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the make‑ready process.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of building exteriors and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative work on building equipment.

Required profile

• Proficient and safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively.
