Licensed Child & Family Therapist – Telehealth (California)

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking full‑time, licensed Child and Family Therapists to deliver virtual ADHD and anxiety assessments and lead parenting groups for children across California. The role is remote, with flexible scheduling within operating hours, and includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations and make referrals to community providers when appropriate.
• Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers, including Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotion (SPACE).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, high‑quality care.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and research initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a master’s degree, currently licensed in California.
• Experience in integrated care settings using evidence‑based approaches for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• Tech‑savvy, able to work from a private, secure location with a strong internet connection.
• Enthusiastic about collaboration, care model design, and continuous improvement.

What we offer

• Fully remote, flexible schedule with operating hours 8 am–8 pm weekdays and Saturdays.
• Salary range $85,000–$110,000 per year, with bonus opportunities.
