District Service Manager – Imaging Systems (Greater Los Angeles)

About the role

As a District Service Manager you will lead a team of Field Service Engineers delivering Imaging Systems customer services across the Greater Los Angeles area. You will develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to meet annual revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and protecting Philips’ brand in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop Field Service Engineers, fostering a culture of integrity and customer focus.
• Drive business and service strategies, manage relationships with regional sales, and achieve Net Promoter Score excellence.
• Build and execute the region’s business plan, own full profit‑and‑loss responsibility and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Business Operations to improve efficiency, delegate metrics and manage risk.
• Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to increase contract capture rates and service price realization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery or operations, preferably within diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to manage profit‑and‑loss results and implement growth‑focused strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to customers and senior leaders.
