Legal Content Analyst (Labor and Employment)

About the role
We are looking for a JD‑qualified professional who is passionate about keeping legal content accurate, practical, and up to date. In this position you will lead the development and maintenance of Practical Guidance content for the Labor and Employment practice area, integrating emerging technologies such as AI to improve efficiency and customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Design, own, and execute the content upkeep process for the practice area, creating workflows that ensure content is reviewed, updated, and published according to business priorities and success metrics.
- Monitor legal developments, legislation, regulations, agency guidance, and court decisions, assessing their impact on existing Practical Guidance content.
- Conduct legal research and editorial tasks to update content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for customers.
- Draft, revise, and edit Practical Guidance material, maintaining consistency with editorial standards.
- Maintain customer‑facing resources such as legal development trackers and high‑use tools.
- Lead remediation projects that improve content quality, usability, navigation, and consistency across the law area.
- Incorporate AI and emerging technologies into editorial workflows, validating legal accuracy of AI‑generated suggestions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (LNNAUK, GPO, GTO) to support content strategy and product enhancements.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor degree with at least two years of recent practice experience or equivalent relevant experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong ability to monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments within the practice area.
- Proven experience conducting legal research and applying findings to practical, user‑focused content updates.
- Excellent writing and editing skills focused on clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet business deadlines.
- Experience improving content quality, organization, and customer experience.
- Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to editorial processes.
- Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
