Legal Content Analyst – Labor & Employment

About the role
Do you have a JD and a passion for keeping legal content accurate, practical, and up to date? In this position you will lead the development and maintenance of Practical Guidance content for the Labor and Employment practice area, ensuring it stays aligned with business priorities and legal developments.
Key responsibilities
- Design, own, and execute the content upkeep process, creating workflows to review, update, and publish content.
- Monitor legal developments, legislation, regulations, agency guidance, and court decisions that affect the practice area.
- Conduct legal research and editorial work to update Practical Guidance content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Draft, revise, and edit content to meet editorial standards and maintain customer‑facing resources such as development trackers.
- Lead remediation projects to improve content quality, navigation, organization, and consistency.
- Integrate AI and emerging technologies into editorial workflows, evaluating AI‑generated suggestions for legal accuracy.
- Partner with internal teams (LNNAUK, GPO, GTO) to support content strategy and product enhancements.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor degree with at least two years of recent practice experience in labor and employment law or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong ability to monitor, interpret, and apply legal and regulatory developments.
- Proven experience conducting legal research and translating findings into practical, user‑focused content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet business deadlines.
- Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies within editorial processes.
- Collaborative mindset and strong cross‑functional teamwork skills.
