Lead Generation Specialist (French)

About the role

Intertek is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join its Business Assurance team in Boxborough, MA. The role focuses on promoting the company’s training services through proactive outreach and relationship building with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cold calls to prospect and promote training services.
• Explain features, benefits, and pricing of training solutions to customers.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes.
• Enter order information into the system and maintain accurate records of contacts and interactions.
• Generate prospect lists from directories and other sources.
• Submit time and expense reports and other required documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with outbound sales or cold‑calling activities.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to answer client questions.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate data entry skills.
