Junior Training Officer

About the role

Centerfield is looking for an organized and eager Junior Training Officer to support its Training & Development team. This entry‑level position will help create, coordinate, and deliver training content in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating training materials such as slide decks, job aids, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
• Upload and maintain content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, track attendance, completion, and certification records.
• Support logistics for classroom and virtual training, liaising with Operations, Quality, and Workforce Management teams.
• Co‑facilitate training sessions, provide onboarding support, and assist with assessments and quizzes.
• Maintain accurate training records, support audits, and gather trainee feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least six months of experience in training support or BPO operations.
• Exposure to telecom products or customer service processes is a plus.
• Basic facilitation or presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
