About the role

We are a US‑based marketing company that specializes in staffing door‑to‑door sales teams. We are looking for a dedicated Junior Recruiter to conduct initial group screening interviews for sales and occasional marketing positions. The role is fully remote and requires strong organization and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

Conduct Zoom (or Google Meet) group interviews using a provided script, each lasting 15‑30 minutes.
Manage multiple interviews per day while maintaining high energy and a polished professional image.
Take detailed notes on candidates and ensure accurate record‑keeping in our CRM/ATS.
Present roles in a compelling, sales‑style manner to attract and retain candidates through the interview process.

Required profile

Experience with Zoom or Google Meet for conducting interviews.
Strong verbal English skills and ability to engage candidates persuasively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM and ATS platforms.
