iOS Engineer

About the role

Rogo is seeking a founding iOS Engineer to lead the development of its native iOS application, delivering AI‑powered tools to finance professionals. You will shape the mobile experience from architecture to daily user features in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain Rogo’s iOS app using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Establish and refine mobile development practices, including planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts.
• Own major product features from concept through launch and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
• Contribute to overall mobile and frontend platform architecture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI (iOS 16+), and UIKit.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
• Passionate about building delightful AI‑powered experiences.

Required skills

• Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit.
• Concurrency, threading, and performance optimization.
• Integration with backend services (REST APIs, gRPC, Server‑Sent‑Events).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
