In-house Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an In-house Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and drive talent acquisition across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand business needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and raise recruitment standards.
• Own the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: source, screen, interview and close top‑tier candidates.
• Develop and execute market‑specific sourcing strategies to meet quarterly hiring goals.
• Educate interview teams and ensure they are prepared for each interview stage.
• Promote the employer brand through social media, events and other channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome.

Required profile

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience in high‑growth, fast‑scaling companies.
• In‑house recruiting background with proven ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Track record of negotiating and closing technical talent, both high‑volume and niche roles.
• Data‑driven mindset, using metrics to optimise sourcing and hiring processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion and drive to secure the best talent.
