Head of Retail Energy Go-to-Market (GTM)

About the role

SentiLink is looking for a senior leader to drive its expansion across the retail energy ecosystem. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build playbooks, and partner with energy providers to address identity verification and fraud challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and engage retail electricity, natural gas providers, community choice aggregators, energy marketplaces and technology platforms.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including discovery, business case development, solution positioning and negotiations.
• Define SentiLink’s retail energy GTM strategy, messaging and use cases.
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, compliance and customer‑experience leaders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in retail energy, utilities, fintech or related sectors.
• Proven success selling into complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Experience working with retail energy providers, utilities or energy marketplaces is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance workflows.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup.
