Group Account Supervisor

About the role

The Group Account Supervisor leads client relationships for BGBx, ensuring that agency work aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and agreed‑upon quality, budget, and timeline standards. This senior position partners closely with medical and creative leadership to provide proactive strategic guidance and drive account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client relationship management and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Medical and Creative teams to align work with brand strategy and client goals.
• Maintain fiscal oversight, including scope management, staffing alignment, and budget accountability.
• Identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
• Mentor and develop account team members through coaching and structured professional development plans.
• Support a high‑performance, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and growth.
• Participate in local (tri‑state) client travel as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or consumer advertising.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business or science preferred.
• Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies is a plus.
