General Helper – Full‑Time Production Support

About the role

3M Little Rock is looking for a reliable General Helper to join its manufacturing team on a full‑time basis. You will support daily production activities, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and operate essential equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and production floor.
• Handle hazardous waste in accordance with plant procedures.
• Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and Guzzler trucks.
• Assist with production line tasks and load/unload materials.
• Support overall production efficiency and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (verified before start).
• At least one year of general labor, manufacturing, or construction experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
