General Helper – Full‑Time Production Support

About the role

3M’s Little Rock facility is looking for a General Helper to support daily production activities. This full‑time, on‑site position involves maintaining a safe and clean work environment while assisting the manufacturing line.

Key responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Handle hazardous waste in accordance with plant procedures.
• Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and Guzzler trucks.
• Assist with production line tasks and clean the production area.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (verified before start).
• At least one year of general labor, manufacturing, or construction experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to complete 3M‑selected testing if required.
