General Helper – Full‑Time Production Support

About the role
3M Little Rock is looking for a reliable General Helper to join its manufacturing team on a full‑time basis. You will support daily production activities, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and operate essential equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and production floor.
- Handle hazardous waste in accordance with plant procedures.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and Guzzler trucks.
- Assist with production line tasks and load/unload materials.
- Support overall production efficiency and safety initiatives.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED (verified before start).
- At least one year of general labor, manufacturing, or construction experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
