Full‑Time Teller – Bay Ridge, NY

About the role

As a Teller you will assist customers with a variety of financial needs, process deposits, withdrawals and transfers, and deliver exceptional service. You will also help minimize risk, defend against fraud, and refer customers to appropriate bank products.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and maintain accurate drawer balances.
• Provide prompt, courteous service while minimizing wait times.
• Identify and cross‑sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Support nearby branch locations when business needs require.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months demonstrated customer‑service experience.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and risk‑management protocols.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Cash handling.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
