About the role

We are looking for a Development Accountant to support property and tenant related accounting tasks for our real‑estate portfolio in San Francisco. The role involves handling invoices, reimbursements and maintaining accurate tenant records while collaborating with the operations team.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and assist with requested property and tenant‑related repairs.
  • Prepare tenant reimbursement letters and invoices.
  • Regularly update and maintain tenant information and after‑hours contact details.
  • Establish and maintain the department’s filing system.
  • Track development contracts, invoices, change orders, and vendor payment requests.
  • Complete various projects and duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Operations Coordinator.
  • College or continuing‑education courses in related fields.
  • Past experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self‑sufficient.
