About the role

As a Senior Relationship Banker at Santander’s Avenue J branch, you will lead client relationship management for high‑value consumer and small‑business customers. You will drive growth through cross‑selling, deepen customer engagement, and ensure an exceptional banking experience across in‑person, phone, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of high‑value consumer and small‑business clients.
• Proactively deepen relationships through early‑engagement calls, regular outreach, and personalized service.
• Identify and act on cross‑selling opportunities, promoting Santander’s consumer and business banking products.
• Collaborate with product partners and branch teams to meet branch performance goals.
• Engage customers via digital platforms, educating them on self‑service options.
• Resolve client inquiries and challenges using critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑fraud policies.
