About the role
We are seeking a reliable Front Office Operations Manager to lead the front desk team at Eastern Slope Inn in North Conway, NH. In this role you will ensure a seamless guest experience from check‑in to check‑out while driving operational efficiency and staff performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all front office functions, including check‑in, check‑out and guest services.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and monitor Net Promoter Score.
- Oversee financial and operational reporting for the front desk.
- Develop, deliver and enforce training, processes and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the resort.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, performance reviews and recruitment for front office personnel.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of front office or hotel management experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and make decisions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb and navigate stairs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
