Porter (Bell Person) – Guest Services

About the role

As a Porter at Pursuit, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps them enjoy their stay at our iconic lodges. You will support daily operations, provide information, and ensure public areas remain clean and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage when needed.
• Provide information about lodge services, entertainment, and activities.
• Lead daily walking tours highlighting the lodge’s history and local culture.
• Maintain the lobby and public areas in a clean, welcoming condition.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates across various tasks.
• Act as a utility player, completing a variety of duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous guest service or Bell Person experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to team and guest satisfaction.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and navigate stairs with luggage.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving attitude.
