About the role
We are seeking a Tour Receptionist and Sales Administrator to support the Resort Tour Reception, gifting, Kids Club, and sales functions at our New Orleans Holiday Inn Club Vacations resort. The role ensures smooth check‑in and departure processes for sales and marketing guests while delivering a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all elements of the check‑in and departure process for the sales and marketing department.
- Verify marketing qualifications and assign tours accurately.
- Prepare and distribute departmental reports after manager approval.
- Execute gifting procedures for designated sales and marketing areas.
- Maintain organized reception areas and assist with Kids Club and sales F&B support.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and creative problem‑solving.
- Commitment to teamwork and company goals.
Required skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Internet use.
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Telephone handling.
