Floor Staff – Part‑time – $17/hr + Free Movies

About the role

Regal is looking for enthusiastic part‑time floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our theatres. You will work across the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, helping patrons enjoy movies in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Handle emergency situations when required.
• Perform general cleaning and uphold the company dress code.
• Operate the Box Office POS system, manage cash drawers, credit cards, gift cards and tickets.
• Promote Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and the Regal Crown Club program.
• Sell tickets in compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Operate the Concession POS system, manage cash, process payments, and maintain inventory.
• Prepare, operate and clean concession equipment while following food‑safety regulations.
• Serve or sell alcohol only if of legal age and certified.
• Usher duties: tear tickets, collect stubs, direct patrons, inspect bags, manage crowd control, and clean auditoriums after shows.

Required profile

• Consistent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow safety and emergency protocols.
• Compliance with dress code and company policies.
• Legal age to sell/serve alcohol where applicable.
• Willingness to complete required training on harassment, discrimination and safety.

Required skills

• POS system operation (Box Office and Concession).
• Cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Inventory management for concession stock.
• Knowledge of MPAA rating system and ticketing procedures.
• Food‑safety compliance.
