Founders Initiatives – AI Agents Builder

About the role

Retell AI is building a modern CX platform powered by AI voice agents. As a Founders Initiatives, AI Agents builder you will design and implement internal and external AI systems that drive hiring, sales, operations, and scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Build production‑grade AI workflows, automations, and agent systems for HR recruiting, security compliance, and operational infrastructure.
• Integrate with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make) to streamline sales, marketing, and finance processes.
• Develop LLM‑powered solutions using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and create API‑based integrations across the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience and at least 1 year in a startup environment.
• Founder mindset with high ownership and comfort working across product, engineering, and operations.

Required skills

• Backend/full‑stack engineering (e.g., Python, Node.js).
• Experience building with large language models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude).
• Integration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, Make.
