Fleet Transporter – Full-Time Position

About the role

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a full‑time Fleet Transporter to support its Customer Service/Distribution Centers and dealerships. In this role you will handle vehicle movements, inventory control, and general facility support while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver straight trucks and vans to designated locations.
• Perform yard shifting duties and assist with inventory/parts control.
• Provide general facility support, including ordering and picking up parts.
• Visually inspect waste oil and fuel tanks and conduct yard checks of fleet vehicles.
• Maintain accurate logs for all trucks and vans moved.
• Execute light‑duty repairs such as changing light bulbs and wipers.
• Audit and close repair orders in the computer tracking system.

Required profile

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety policies and procedures.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record with at least two years accident‑free.
• Pass all DOT pre‑employment requirements, drug test, and background check.

Required skills

• Basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., replace bulbs, wipers).
• Computer tracking system usage for audit and repair order management.
