Finance Leadership Development Program – Full Time – El Paso, TX / Juarez, MX

About the role

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a 30‑month rotational program for recent graduates aiming to become finance leaders. The first rotation is based in El Paso, Texas / Juarez, Mexico supporting the MedTech Supply Chain business, followed by a second rotation in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two finance rotations (18‑month and 12‑month) across various finance and accounting areas.
• Participate in five weeks of formal training covering business knowledge, problem‑solving, analysis, teamwork, leadership, and technical finance skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or fifth‑year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field earned between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher, leadership experience, and authorized to work permanently in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Copilot).
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.
