Field Service Technician – Windows & Doors

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to oversee on‑site operations for window and door replacement projects. The role acts as the primary liaison between homeowners, installers, and the sales team to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Meet installers at job sites, introduce them to customers, verify product sizes, and set clear expectations.
• Assist contractors and installers on‑site, follow recovery processes, and handle inventory checks.
• Troubleshoot installation issues, report findings to the Installation Manager and Sales Representatives.
• Perform minor service repairs and support service technicians as needed.
• Complete accurate reporting for each project and conduct at‑least‑one walkthrough per job.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer‑focus abilities.
• Outgoing, highly motivated personality with the ability to work independently.
• Physical capability to lift products and perform minor repairs.
