Facilities Technician II

About the role

The Facilities Technician II ensures the smooth operation of building systems across multiple locations, handling routine maintenance, emergency response, and security support. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Facilities Manager and requires flexibility for on‑call rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, document requests, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Assist with equipment installation, relocation projects, remodeling, and furniture setup.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Support building security, vehicle maintenance, and on‑call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of facilities maintenance experience.
• General mechanical aptitude with solid understanding of building and utility systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with good record and annual defensive‑driving certification.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in varied environmental conditions.
