Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship

About the role

The Experienced HR Leadership Development Program (E‑HRLDP) Internship is a 10‑12 week opportunity for highly motivated graduate students to showcase their potential as future HR leaders at Johnson & Johnson. Interns will work on strategic consulting and design projects across various HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and design support to J&J businesses at enterprise, global, and regional levels.
• Work on projects in Learning & Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, and Business Partner support.

Required profile

• Graduate student (MBA, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in HR or related discipline, graduating Dec 2027–Jul 2028.
• 5+ years of full‑time professional experience; prior HR experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Geographically mobile for rotations and final placement.

• Leadership aptitude with ability to build partnerships across a global matrix organization.

• Hourly rate of $52.00 with eligibility for sign‑on or early incentive bonus.
