About the role
The Executive Talent Management Analyst generates decision‑ready insights to inform executive talent strategy and actions. This role cleans, prepares, reconciles, and validates talent data from multiple sources, applies advanced analytical and AI‑enabled techniques, and translates findings into concise narratives and visualizations for senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate, reconcile, and prepare data from multiple talent, assessment, performance, and organizational sources for analysis.
- Validate data quality, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and implement rigorous quality assurance.
- Analyze psychometric, leadership assessment, feedback, and talent data to generate insights on leadership capability and potential.
- Apply AI, statistical analysis, similarity modeling, scoring, and predictive methods to defined talent questions.
- Design, prototype, test, and improve repeatable analytical workflows and talent intelligence solutions.
- Translate complex findings into concise executive narratives, visualizations, scenarios, and recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent analytics, people analytics, executive assessment, or a related analytical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI methods to business problems.
- Knowledge of leadership assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and talent evaluation methods.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive presentations and recommendations.

What we offer
- Base salary range $79,000 – $127,650 per year
