About the role

Invesco is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Wealth Management Platforms in New York. The role involves handling confidential information, managing complex schedules, and coordinating high‑stakes meetings and travel in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage a complex calendar, creating detailed invitations with all necessary links and materials.
• Organize internal and off‑site meetings, handling logistics such as conference rooms, catering, and guest reception.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and related logistics for the senior leader.
• Prepare correspondence, presentation materials, and edit documents as needed.
• Process expense reports and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure records are organized.
• Screen and direct phone and electronic communications, providing professional front‑office support.
• Assist with departmental onboarding, provide backup coverage, and support administrative team operations.

Required profile

• Professional, articulate, discreet, and personable with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 7 years of executive or personal assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
• Highly adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Trusted partner with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
