Service Contract Administrator

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Service Contract Administrator to support US Services – Surgical in Lake Forest, CA. The role manages the full lifecycle of service agreements, ensuring they are accurately implemented, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end service contract administration, including oversight, revisions, and documentation maintenance.
• Partner with Legal to complete prescreening requirements before senior legal review.
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Load, implement, and maintain contracts within company systems using available technologies and governance frameworks.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely implementation of service programs.
• Reconcile and resolve invoicing disputes.
• Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and processes.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives related to service agreement administration.
• Act as an internal customer advocate throughout the sales and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with management to develop best‑practice solutions that exceed performance expectations.
