About the role
Alcon is seeking a Service Contract Administrator to support US Services – Surgical in Lake Forest, CA. The role manages the full lifecycle of service agreements, ensuring they are accurately implemented, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end service contract administration, including oversight, revisions, and documentation maintenance.
- Partner with Legal to complete prescreening requirements before senior legal review.
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Load, implement, and maintain contracts within company systems using available technologies and governance frameworks.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely implementation of service programs.
- Reconcile and resolve invoicing disputes.
- Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and processes.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives related to service agreement administration.
- Act as an internal customer advocate throughout the sales and fulfillment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with management to develop best‑practice solutions that exceed performance expectations.
Required profile
- High degree of integrity, attention to detail, and due diligence.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, and operations teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Proactive communication and problem‑solving mindset.
