Entry-Level AI Search & SEO Specialist

About the role

LBC Mortgage is looking for an entry‑level AI Search & SEO Specialist to boost our online visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with AI tools and can quickly turn insights into actionable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain business listings on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare and YellowPages.
• Ensure NAP (name, address, phone) consistency across all platforms.
• Use Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to secure mentions in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and new agents.
• Run SEO for the company website, improving mortgage‑related rankings with AI‑driven keyword and content planning.
• Share helpful mortgage content on Reddit, Quora and similar forums.
• Encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot.
• Track and report weekly on rankings, AI mentions, leads and funded loans.
• Test new AI platforms early and recommend strategic presence.

Required profile

• Heavy daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar.
• Clear, natural English writing.
• Self‑starter who learns fast and embraces new methods.
• Comfortable with social media and online communities.
• Organized and able to track numbers in a spreadsheet.
• Lives in or near the Los Angeles area.
