Enterprise Sales Director – Majors, Healthcare

About the role

Lead the Healthcare enterprise sales effort by independently driving complex, high‑value deals from prospecting through close, while building trusted relationships with senior executives and leveraging AI‑enabled tools to accelerate the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex enterprise deals end‑to‑end, managing 6‑ and 7‑figure cycles from prospecting to close.
• Lead C‑suite conversations, building durable relationships with VP‑level and senior executives.
• Identify and mitigate deal risk early, creating rigorous stakeholder maps for each account.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, escalation, executive alignment and overall deal strategy.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the sales cycle to automate low‑value tasks and focus on high‑value customer interactions.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of enterprise‑facing sales experience, closing large accounts.
• Proven track record managing a $1M+ quota and executing 6‑ and 7‑figure ACV deals.
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑thread and build trusted relationships across customer C‑suites.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
